Description:
Mostly dry week with only 0.48" of Rain. The First Frost of the Season occurred Friday morning 10.19.18. 
Surface soils are damp to muddy.
Soil Temps and Soil Moisture fell at all depths.
AC was not needed this week but Heat was as temps dipped to around the freezing mark Thursday & into the upper 30's Saturday night.

**Current Soil Readings @ 7am:

Surface Soil Temp: 41F...
 6 in. Depth: Soil Temp: 54F...Soil Moisture:  09 Centibars..
24 in. Depth: Soil Temp: 58F...Soil Moisture:  14 Centibars.. 
36 in. Depth: Soil Temp: 61F...Soil Moisture:  20 Centibars.. 

Crops on surrounding farms as well as the farm next to me have harvested or scrapped what was there sine there was a lot of rot.

Evergreens, especially Junipers are still showing signs of Tip Blight and Fungus...Lawns and mulch are loaded with fungi. Mold counts have been high for a few months. Ragweed is out. No leaf color change yet.

Birds were slightly more active at the feeders. Bog Turtles were rarely seen. The pair of Bald Eagles were not seen.

Creek Status:  Water is clear.. Water Level & Flow are normal.
