Conditions here are mildly dry.  We are about 85% of the 30 year average rainfall.  We have received rain but then low humidity conditions follow each rainstorm.  All plants are in full swing and hay fever yellow pollen is everywhere.  Small streams are flowing and Jorden Lake is nearly bank full.  People are out walking and gardening enjoying the overall pleasant weather. The "no fires allowed restrictions" have been lifted for the time being.
